CCL Post-Tensioned Slabs

These versatile post-tensioned slabs contain many valuable properties that help architects, engineers and contractors overcome the design restrictions of traditional reinforced concrete – such as curved edges and irregular column grids – to construct increasingly imaginative and innovative structures.

Our post-tensioning solutions need much less concrete (as much as 30%), creating thinner – yet stronger – slabs, that maximise floor-to-ceiling height, increase cost effectiveness and can span further than traditional reinforced concrete.

The technique results in lower CO2 emissions, accelerated construction schedules and a reduction in cracking – making CCL Post-Tensioned Slabs ideal for exposed soffit finishes too.
